As officers of the Association and members of our community, we will provide you with improvements in any common area of the plat or adjoining Binder Park plats, enforce restrictions, and maintain and improve the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the residents of Binder Park Hills Neighborhood Association. Collect dues or assessments from members of the Association and expend any dues or assessments collected and other funds in furtherance of its purposes. 

With participation from all the residents, we can make this happen!
